Indiana has another successful Annual Meeting

Jan 26, 2012

Once again, the Indiana Biomedical Society (IBS) has defied all odds by attracting over 150 attendees to their annual meeting.  It is a one day event, hald on the third Saturday of each January.  The vendor area always sells out, and the number of attendees grows bu about 10% every year.  There are prizes, lots of education, and ample opportunity to meet the vendors.  Saturday evening is the time for the vendors to play at the Slippery Noodle and the great restaraunts that downtown Indianapolis have to offer.

The Board of the Society are always present the night before, stuffing envelopes, putting meal tickets into badge holders, and making sure that the tables in the vendor hall are just right.

If you are thinking about a local Symposium, I recommend using the IBS' tried and true methods.  They will gladly share all of their templates and forms with anyone who asks.

Oh, and congratulations to Marcus Harris, the new President of the IBS.                       Pat
