"Our Acuson Echocardiograph Ultrasound System Model Aspen was originally scheduled for the semi-annual preventive maintenance in January, 2006. We had a contract agreement and purchase order in place, however, some contract agreement legalities occurred, as a result the agreed cost for the service substantially increased. We opt to cancel the agreement and purchase order with this company and pursue other options to get this required preventive maintenance completed, within the regulatory required time restraints. At this point of time the due month for the preventive maintenance in January was missed. We had sixty days after due date to get the preventive maintenance completed. We researched a number of companies thru the month of February with no luck. Fortunately on March 8, 2006 our search for assistance with this service lead us to Global Medical Imaging. From the very first person contacted at Global Medical Imaging, the cooperation and efficiency with directing us to the appropriate department to assist us in our service need and them accelerating the administrative process was extremely customer friendly. By the next day all the required administrative requirements were in place and the preventive maintenance was scheduled. The service was completed by March 15, 2006. We found this to be exceptional. Normally, we find that companies need to be scheduled thirty to sixty days in advance to schedule this service. Because Global Medical Imaging was able to provide extremely fast service we were able to avoid the infraction of not meeting regulatory preventive maintenance requirements. Global Medical Imaging cost for this service was very cost friendly and competitive. The technician work was professional and proficient with this service.”
